Yes, powder brows can be done over faded microblading. She will look at your current brows and tell you what can be done with them, which may include colour correction. In some cases, she may recommend waiting until the previous work has faded more before proceeding.

The shape is mapped, drawn and adjusted on your face until you say it is right, and nothing permanent happens before that. However, if you're unhappy with any aspect, please get in touch. Yes, and it is worth finding out before you book. Mugi will not work on anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, or on skin in the brow area that is broken or currently flaring. Diabetes, blood-thinning medication, an immune condition, keloid scarring or recent cancer treatment all mean asking your own doctor first: she is a licensed tattooer, not a clinician, and she is not going to make that call for you.

EU compliance is a published standard with limits on heavy metals and banned colourants, so it is something you can look up rather than take her word for.
