The room is in Annandale
7857 Heritage Dr #330, in the Heritage Center building off Little River Turnpike. Free parking in the lot, one practitioner, one chair.
This page is the practical one: which door, where to park, and what you will see when you walk in.
Finding the room
The building
Heritage Center, 7857 Heritage Dr, Suite 330, on the first floor. The building has several businesses in it and the signage is not obvious from the road, so it is worth putting the address into your phone rather than looking for a shopfront.
Parking
Free, in the lot, and there is normally space. No meters, no garage, no permit. For anyone coming from Arlington, Alexandria or the District, this is most of why the drive is worth making.
When she is there
Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 5pm. Closed Sunday. Set aside two to three hours for a first appointment; most of that is the design hour, not the tattooing.
If you cannot find it
Suite 330, on the first floor, and ask for Mugi. If you are standing in the building and not sure, call or text (571) 283-8228 and she will come and find you. It is one person, so the phone reaches her rather than a desk.

What happens once you are in it
One person, one chair, one appointment at a time. Nobody hands you over halfway through, and the person who draws the shape is the person who tattoos it and the person who answers the phone at day three when you think it looks too dark.
Most of the first appointment is a pencil and a mirror. The shape gets mapped to your face, drawn, and changed until you say yes, and nothing becomes permanent before that. The first pass is deliberately lighter than most people expect, and the density is built at the six-week session.
The full version is on the consultation page, and the rules the work is held to are on how I work.

Questions about getting here
7857 Heritage Dr #330, Annandale, VA 22003. It is in the Heritage Center building off Little River Turnpike, suite 330.
Yes, in the lot, and it is free. You will not be feeding a meter or looking for street parking, which is the part of the drive people underestimate.
Suite 330, on the first floor. Ask for Mugi. If you are not sure you are in the right place, call or text and she will come and find you.
Better not to. It is one person with one chair, so an unannounced visit usually means she is mid-appointment and cannot stop. Text or call first and she will tell you when the room is free.
Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 5pm, and closed Sunday. A message sent on a Sunday waits until Monday.
Two to three hours for a first appointment, most of it the design hour rather than the tattooing. The second session, about six weeks later, is shorter.
Photographs of brows you like, and more usefully, brows you do not. Come with bare brows if you can, or at least be prepared to have your makeup taken off, because the shape gets mapped to the face rather than to what is drawn on it.
Coming from somewhere else
The room is the same whichever direction you drive from. These pages have the route and the parking for each.
If you are still deciding
You do not have to know what you want before you get in touch, and you do not have to come in to find out. Send a photograph of your bare brows and what is bothering you about them, and you will get an honest read back.
A question, and a photo only if you want to. Mugi reads it and answers herself.
