It is in Annandale, inside Fairfax County, so it is a real drive from most of Loudoun: Route 28 South to I-66 East, or the Dulles Toll Road to the Beltway, and longer again from Leesburg. Traffic decides the time more than the distance does, so check a map for the hour you would travel.

Usually two. The first appointment is a two-to-three-hour slot, and the second is about six weeks later, once the first has healed. Ask Mugi how the six-week follow-up is charged before you book, so the cost is settled before your appointment rather than at it. Later touch-ups are priced by how long it has been.

Yes. Send Mugi a question and, if you like, a bare-faced photo of your brows. She answers it herself, and a photo is enough for a first opinion on which technique she would suggest, or whether she would suggest waiting. Nothing is booked by asking.

The results page shows her work photographed on the day it was done, labeled as fresh rather than healed. Healed photographs are added only with the interval stated and the client’s written permission, as follow-ups come in. Client reviews are on Google, where Mugi cannot edit them.

Keep the brows dry for the first 7 days. For the first 14, keep makeup, heavy sweating, swimming, saunas, direct sun, and retinol or acid products away from them, and let the flakes come off on their own. The color is judged at about 6 weeks, not before. Darker before it lightens is the usual pattern. It is not the same thing as pus or discharge, skin that is hot to the touch, spreading redness, a fever, or pain that is getting worse rather than better after the first couple of days: those need a doctor or an urgent care clinic the same day, before you wait for a reply from Mugi.
