Microshading, which is the combination brow

You will find studios selling microshading and powder brows as separate things at separate prices. Here they cost the same, because the difference between them is a decision made in the chair rather than a product.
What the strokes are for
The head of the brow is where a shaded result can look solid if it is taken too dense. A few strokes there break the edge up, so the front reads as hair going in a direction rather than as a block of colour. Behind the arch, shading does a better job than strokes at anything resembling fullness.
That is the whole idea. It is not a more advanced technique or a more expensive one. It is a sensible combination of the two things a brow needs, in the two places it needs them.
Whether it is right for you depends almost entirely on your skin. Oily skin and large pores soften strokes fast, and if that is you, Mugi will say so and suggest shading only. It is the same money either way, so there is nothing in it for her except the result.
About microblading specifically
Blade microblading is not sold as its own service here. It exists inside this option, at the front of the brow, and it is used selectively. If you came looking for microblading, that is the honest answer rather than a redirection: the strokes are available, they are part of something else, and for most skin types Mugi will steer you toward powder.

Questions about the combination brow
As sold here, "microshading" is the combination brow: hair strokes at the front with soft shading behind them. Ombre powder brows are shading only, with no strokes. They are the same price and they take about the same time. If a studio quotes you meaningfully different prices for microshading and powder brows, it is worth asking what the difference actually is.
Inside this. Blade strokes are not sold as a standalone service here, and they are used selectively, at the front of the brow, where a bit of texture stops the shape reading as solid. On oily skin or larger pores Mugi will usually advise against strokes entirely, because within a year they blur.
You mostly do not, and you are not expected to. It is decided in the first hour, looking at your skin, your pores and how much of your own brow hair is left. Booking either one gets you the same first hour; the technique is settled there.
The shaded part behaves like a powder brow. The stroked part at the front is the part that softens first, and how quickly depends on your skin. That is the trade you are making for the texture, and it is worth knowing before rather than after.
